Payment & Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly, depending on the plan).

Payments will be auto-debited from your selected payment method unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Renewal & Auto-Pay

All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle.

You will receive a reminder email 3 days before renewal. You can cancel or modify your plan at any time from your dashboard.
Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings.

Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle, but services will remain active until the end of the current period.

We do not offer refunds for partially used periods.
Service Usage

Unused hours or services do not roll over to the next billing period.

Misuse or abuse of services may lead to suspension or cancellation without refund.
